Easy-Stop weather-stripping system is a new concept in reducing
air-infiltration. Designed to eliminate the old time consuming methods
of metal jam liners, cushion bronze, spring bronze and interlocking
metal weather-stripping.
Easy-Stop incorporates patented technology within an
engineered parting stop to effectively decrease air infiltration while
leaving the original details of the window untouched.
Made from cellular PVC, Easy-Stop is durable and paintable, it will not warp or twist and is highly UV light resistant.
Easy-Stop can be cut just like wood.
Installation is a Snap!
Remove the old wooden parting stop, replace with Easy-Stop.
Insert weather-stripping on the lower sash and youre finished.

System Requirements
The Easy-Stop System will effectively weather-strip a
double hung window with a maximum height of 80 and a maximum width of
42 Upper and lower sash must be of equal height.
The existing Parting Stop/ Parting bead with a dimension of ½ in width,
Ύ in depth.
( Old stop must be removable )

Saw for trimming the Easy-Stop.
Router for cutting weather-stripping groove in lower sash
1/8 by 3/8 slot cutter with bearing (available from Easy-Stop)
Plane for reducing the height of the sash ( if needed )
